The Palliative Care facility included a new addition housing 10 private patient rooms and support space. A connector link to an existing 2 story building contains a central nurse station and solarium. The existing building contained a kitchen, chapel, offices, employee lounge, and patient lounge space on the first floor. The second floor of the existing building is a shell space for future offices. The building is metal frame with brick veneer and a metal roof. The interior includes wood finish vinyl flooring, light, airy finishes, and lots of natural light to provide comfort to the patients.
