The client wanted to build a speculative Class "A" office building to house his expanding dental practice. An important element the client desired was to have a major water feature incorporated into the building. The building is "L"shaped with curved glass and precast concrete elements slicing through the ends and intersections of the building. An exposed beam connects the curved endwalls to the building mass. At the center of the "L" 10 foot wide by 15 foot high waterfall flows from the beam into a kidney shaped pond. Flush glazed blue reflective glass, clear anodized aluminum frames, and tan brick finish off the exterior materials.
