The VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia is expanding and moving their Mental Health Outpatient Clinic from inside the hospital to the existing abandoned Building 5 located on the same campus. Through a series of additions, one elevator was added and a design for a future elevator was developed. A total of 37 private counseling offices were added within the building.

The VA continued the expansion of their Mental Health Outpatient program from inside the hospital to an existing residential duplex building built in 1932 on the same campus. After a very successful first phase of the project on Building 5, the client chose to keep working with PF&A on Building 6.
