LICENSED ARCHITECT or INTERN ARCHITECT IN LICENSING PROCESS

PF&A has an immediate position available for a highly motivated individual who is a talented designer with strong verbal communication, production, design and graphic skills. The ideal candidate has the natural ability to prioritize a litany of tasks, negotiate schedules, garner trust and credibility, nurture relationships and communicate with extreme proficiency.

  • BS/BA of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree required.
  • The ideal candidate must be licensed or in the licensing process and have 3-10 years of experience working in an architectural office.
  • Proven experience as a project architect/manager.
  • Ability to run projects from conceptual design through construction documents and construction administration.
  • Experience with Revit, Auto-CAD, 3-D modeling, Rendering, SketchUp and Adobe CS programs a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare design projects is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in green technology and sustainable building practices and systems. Familiarity with Green Globes and LEED accreditation a plus.
  • Ability to self-start and work with team in a unique, small office environment will be paramount to success.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

PF&A has an immediate position available for a highly motivated individual who is a talented designer with strong verbal communication, production, design and graphic skills. The ideal candidate has the natural ability to prioritize a litany of tasks and clearly present ideas that inspire both clients and design teams, nurture relationships and communicate with extreme proficiency.

  •  Graduate from a four year CIDA (formerly FIDER) accredited Interior Design program
  • NCIDQ Certification preferred or in the process of getting certified
  • 5-8 years’ experience on commercialinterior design projects; healthcare design experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Revit, Auto-CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
  • Ability to self-start and work with team in a small office environment and multi-tasking will be paramount to success
