Joseph H. Trost Receives ACHA Board Certificate!

The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) has announced that Joseph H. Trost, AIA, Principal at PF&A DESIGN has earned his Board Certificate in healthcare architecture! Trost recently passed an accredited examination, which assesses the knowledge and understanding of architects who practice as healthcare specialists. He joins the ranks of over 400 ACHA colleagues in the US and Canada who have received this important architectural credential. ACHA requires its certificate holders to work towards the improvement of healthcare architecture on behalf of the public, to practice in an ethical manner and to maintain the highest standards in the specialized field of healthcare architecture. Mr. Trost, owner and design principal at PF&A, has over 29 years of experience in architecture. A Virginia Tech graduate, Mr. Trost has diversified experience with a strong emphasis in the healthcare, dental and commercial sectors and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM Modeling. Recent signature projects Mr. Trost was involved in include a 12 Bed Adult ICF/MR addition for St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children, multiple dental office buildings for Konikoff Dental Associates and the CHKD Health and Surgery Center at Princess Anne, Virginia Beach, Virginia
