PF&A Design has immediate positions available for highly motivated individuals who are talented designers with strong verbal communication, production, design and graphic skills. The ideal candidates have the natural ability to prioritize a litany of tasks, negotiate schedules, garner trust and credibility, nurture relationships and communicate with extreme proficiency.

PF&A seeks innovative candidates in pursuit of a long established career with the firm.  We support growth towards licensure and engage the candidate as a long term investment. PF&A is a national award winning firm with recognition in architecture and interiors.


INTERIOR DESIGNERS (Entry level to Senior level)

  • Graduate from a four-year CIDA (formerly FIDER) accredited Interior Design program

    - Entry level. One to 3 years of experience a plus.
    - Mid level: Four to 7 years of experience.
    - Senior level: Eight to 10+ years of experience.

  • Skills in Revit and AutoCAD required

  • Additional presentation skills in SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus

  • Ability to self-start and work with team in a small office environment and multi-tasking will be paramount to success

ARCHITECTURAL INTERN LEVEL I (1 to 3+ Years)

  • BS/BA of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree required

  • Proficiency with Revit required. Auto-CAD a plus

  • Skills in rendering required

  • Capability of learning quickly on the job

  • Experience in prior architectural office a plus but not mandatory

  • Experience in prior architectural offices a plus but not mandatory

  • Self-motivation and a desire to grow with the firm a plus

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER (Entry level - 1 to 3+ Years)

  • Experience in prior architectural office a plus but not mandatory

  • Proficiency in Revit a must. Ability to create and manage families, templates, and central models in order to optimize project and work-sharing efficiencies required.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp a plus.

  • Experience with Architectural detailing a plus.

  • Flexibility to work both collaboratively and independently on projects of all scales and types.

  • Successful candidates should exhibit genuine interest in the A/E industry and embrace the teamwork philosophy.
